LITTLE ROOTS

(Birth – 7)

11-WEEK SPRING SESSION BEGINS MONDAY, APRIL 2nd

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Thanks for your interest in Little Roots!  Our Little Roots curriculum combines music-making with movement, encouraging young children to feel the music in their bodies as they learn the creative skills that will prepare them for a lifetime of music-making. Our team of experienced teaching artists looks forward to making music with you and your family.

Little Roots Family (We Recommend ALL New Families Start With A Family Class.)
(45 minute classes for all ages with caregivers)

Little Roots Family is a group class for those who would like to experience a music and movement class as a family. The emphasis is on expanding the group’s comfort with traditional folk songs and Amanda Panda original lyrics with themes of nature, health, kindness and silliness. In a fun and supportive environment, families will also learn how to use music as a tool at home to strengthen the family bond. We recommend that all families start here and this class can be repeated until the child is ready to move into Stomp & Drum or Stomp & Strum.
11 weeks/$200  (plus annual $25 registration fee.)

A Note From Little Roots Director Amanda Panda – If your family has not participated in a Little Roots program here yet, we strongly suggest you begin your child’s musical journey with a Family Class. This class is mixed ages from birth to age 7 and is charged per family, not per child.
Our Family Class is be the best way to get your family acquainted with our Little Roots program and for the whole family to enjoy making music with each other and other families.  Once we get to know your child through the Family Class, we are able to continue finding the most enjoyable class for them to learn music each session. If the family class doesn’t fit with your schedule, please let us know which class you’re interested in,  and we will make sure it is the right fit for them. If you have any other questions I am happy to help. I look forward to meeting your family!
