When the town of Yarmouth announced that Classic Movies would be the theme for this year’s Clam Festival parade, we knew we had to participate.  But with so many great music scores, what to choose….

After heated debate and suggestions ranging from Sound Of Music to Apocalypse Now,  we decided on the Coen Brothers’ “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou” because of the irresistible sound track of country, folk, bluegrass and gospel tunes.

Our crew, decked out in 1930’s era garb and prison uniforms, performed the classics “You Are My Sunshine, “Man of Constant Sorrow, and “I’ll Fly Away.” And you know what?  WE WON BEST IN SHOW!

We’re pretty psyched.  The trophy and plaque are on display in the lobby.
