Teaching Philosophy: As a teacher I try to share and instill my own belief, which is that playing music is an accessible, joyful, fun pursuit. And the more work you put into your musicianship, the more fun you can have.
Musical Influences: Pianists Bill Evans and Herbie Hancock.
When I’m not making music: I’m playing tennis, reading or bugging my favorite people to hang out with me.
Current musical projects include: Playing piano/keyboards with local groups The Fogcutters, Katie Matzell, Apis Rex and Foret Endomie.
Favorite place in Maine: Cobscook Bay State Park
