Tyler Stanley and his sister Emma are so in sync musically, they sound like they’ve been playing together since they were kids. But because of the 10 year gap between them, they didn’t collaborate much until they were adults. Lucky for audiences, they play together more often now.  Their April Noon Tunes performance featured Tyler on piano and little sister Emma on trumpet and vocals, playing a set list of jazz and pop standards. Tyler studied Jazz at USM, teaches piano at 317 Main, and played with the soul/funk band Sly Chi. Emma studied at Peabody Conservatory and plays trumpet in the big band, The Fogcutters. The siblings also collaborate in the group Native Isles.

As always,  Noon Tunes is FREE and open to anyone who walks through our doors.  Next up in May: Kate Campbell-Strauss & Friends.
