The Yarmouth Farmers’ Market will kick off the second season at 317 Main Community Music Center on June 2nd with twice as many vendors. Like last season, the market will operate on Thursdays 3-6PM from June through September.

Seasonal Vendors for the 2016 season include Deri Farm of North Yarmouth (produce), Spring Brook Farm of Cumberland (produce and eggs), Pleasant Valley Acres of Cumberland (produce), Andrews Farm of Gardiner (produce), Piper Ranch of Buckfield (grass fed beef, chicken and eggs), From The Country Farm of Leeds (goat’s milk cheese, yogurt and soaps), Stillbrook Acres (A2 cow’s milk), Rustic 313 (frittata and crostata), Night Moves Bread + Pie of Portland, Maple’s Gelato of Yarmouth, Spun Bakery of Freeport (fresh baked goods), Cookies Direct of Yarmouth, Cantrell Seafood of Topsham, Locally Sauced Burritos, Kamasouptra of Freeport (soups), and Diana Brown Natural Designs of Yarmouth.

In addition to creating a great shopping experience, the Yarmouth Farmers Market seeks to be a community gathering place.  317 Main will once again provide live acoustic music on the porch throughout the summer and welcome nonprofit organizations into the mix to promote their initiatives. “317 Main is always looking for ways to bring the community together,” said John Williams, 317 Main Executive Director. “By providing a combination of great food, music and ideas, we hope people will want to stay and hang out with us for the afternoon and support the local economy.”
